Many thanks to you both!My wonderful wife thought of the name. I owe the knowledge of what "Nadia" means to Mr. David Bryan himself when he informed me that my daughter's and his daughter's name mean the same thing. Makes it even cooler.
(For those not in the know: Nadezhda is the Russian name for Hope, and women who have that name usually go by Nadia.)
